Platinum is committed to achieve total quality in the process of teaching and learning by using modern teaching methodologies and performance monitoring systems for both students and teachers. Platinum is adopting a student-centric teaching methodology. There is a strong emphasis on nurturing and developing. The Faculty will constantly guide , inspire and motivate students to excel through personal review tutorials and individual mentoring sessions. Students will also learn from the experience of others.

Lecture Sessions will be conducted by internal and external faculty, all of whom are industry professionals. Care will be taken to select faculties who have strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and nurturing talent in students. Students are encouraged to participate actively in teaching sessions and to be receptive to new ideas and thought processes. College focuses on providing the students appropriate theoretical and industry relevant knowledge, as well as, practical skills to give them a head start in their chosen profession.

Seminar sessions will be organized in which students get the opportunity to present their work. Special emphasis will be laid on developing the communication and creative presentation skills. These are essential prerequisites for them to succeed in the corporate world.

Workshops are an integral part of the teaching methodology. Special emphasis will be laid on developing practical skills that are essentially required in the workplace. These include personal quality initiatives, leadership, team work, strategizing to maximize resources, time management and adapting to change. Guest Lectures by eminent industry experts who give the students invaluable inputs and broaden their understanding of the subject that they study. The students not only gain from their knowledge but also have the unique opportunity to interact and obtain guidance on a one-to-one basis with these reputed professionals. We believe that the best method of teaching is to encourage students to learn by doing. The teaching methodology thus adopted is a judicious blend of practical & theoretical experiences.
